Cingo, a leading total home protection company specializing in pest control, sought to enhance their social media advertising strategy.


I transformed their static design assets into dynamic motion graphics, creating targeted paid social media ads. By adding strategic animation to key visual elements, I helped Cingo increase digital engagement and visual appeal across both square and vertical ad formats, bringing their brand message to life with kinetic energy and creativity.

Transforming Static to Motion

Static – Before

Client provided static ad showing a phone screen with sample service notification texts.

Motion – After

Animated the phone to full-screen, dynamically bringing in text messages to emphasize the communication feature.

Elevating the Design

In transforming the static ad, I preserved Cingo’s original design aesthetic while using motion to create a more compelling visual narrative. The animation brings the phone screen to life, guiding the viewer’s attention through the service communication process. By expanding the phone to full-screen and introducing text messages with carefully timed transitions, I maintained the brand’s professional look while adding dynamic energy that draws the viewer into the story of Cingo’s service experience.

Format Optimization

Creating versions for both square and vertical formats required a strategic approach to design adaptation. I maintained Cingo’s core visual identity while carefully adjusting the composition to suit each platform’s unique aspect ratio. The square format allowed for a more balanced layout, while the vertical design demanded a more focused, vertically-condensed approach that preserved the key messaging and visual hierarchy of the original ad. When designing the vertical ads, I made sure to understand text safe areas so that key textual elements were not covered by UI.

Analysis and Approach

When Cingo first approached me with their static ad designs, I focused on enhancing visual storytelling while maintaining the core brand message. Motion design is about creating a narrative that captures attention in seconds, with subtle highlight animations.


Using Adobe After Effects, I transformed the original designs into engaging motion graphics that work seamlessly across square and vertical formats. The challenge was maintaining consistent brand resolution while developing size-specific animation variations and optimizing file sizes for quick social media loading. By preserving Cingo's professional aesthetic and guiding the viewer's eye through strategic motion, I created ads that bring their message to life.
